(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and of article 7 and article 10. 8 of the law on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova, the Moldovan President d e c r e t e z: article 1. -Initiating negotiations on the draft agreement on the financing of the Republic of Moldova and the International Fund for Agricultural Development in order to achieve the Reziliență project (IFAD).
Art. 2.-It designates and empowers the official delegation is negotiating the financing agreement between Moldova and the International Fund for Agricultural Development in order to achieve the Reziliență project (IFAD) leader of the delegation, composed of: GRAMA Eduard-Minister of agriculture and food industry of the members of the delegation: Iurie UȘURELU-Deputy Minister of agriculture and food industry, the Governor of the Republic of Moldova at the International Fund for Agricultural Development MATVEEVA Elena-head of the Directorate-General of public debt Qaiser Abbas, Ministry of Finance Chief of the Directorate of strategic planning and policy coordination, the State Chancellery Chief ALEXEI Peter Legal Affairs Directorate, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration ROȘCA Victor-director of consolidated Unit for implementation of the programmes of the International Fund for Agricultural Development.
Art. 3.-the leader of the delegation to the negotiations, GRAMA Eduard, Minister of agriculture and food industry, it empowers you to sign the minutes of the negotiations and other relevant documents of the negotiations in question.
