By Decision No. 216 of 29 July 2016, the Moldovan Parliament took note of the resignation of Deputy Veaceslav Untila elected for the Liberal Party and declared vacant the parliamentary seat that belongs to that party.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of lawmaker bears the alternate candidate Oleg list Field for the Liberal Party, confirmed by the decision of the Constitutional Court No. 29 of December 9, 2014. When validating the mandate will take account of the candidates ' statements and alternate Vasile Ion Cebanu Hincu list Liberal, whereby they refuse the award of the mandate of a Deputy.
Pursuant to article 1. 62 from the Moldovan Constitution, art. 18, art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). t), art. 88 para. (2) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â r and t e: 1. Take note of the holidays an member of the Moldovan Parliament, attributed to the Liberal Party.
2. It is proposed to the Constitutional Court to validate the mandate of Deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova substitute candidate Oleg Field from the list of the Liberal Party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
