Examining the materials submitted by the tenderer the enterprise with foreign capital "White City" S.R.L., in accordance with article 8 k) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 20 para. (1) letter a) and art. 24 para. (4) of law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "capital market" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 193-197, 665), the regulation on takeover bids approved by Decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 33/1 from 16.06.2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 197-205, 1346), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. to approve the voluntary takeover offer initiated by the tenderer Undertaking foreign-owned "White City" S.R.L., which is the object of ordinary shares purchase 227 514 registered shares issued by the company's "DAWN" (Calea Ieșilor, Chisinau 8. Chisinau, IDNO1002600001349), at the price of 39.68 leis with term of 30 days from the date of notification.
2. Application of article 30 of law No. 171 of 11.07.2012 "capital market" to be notified in advance of the National Commission of Financial Market.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
