The audiovisual Coordinating Council, during the meeting of 05 June 2015, by decision No. 20/101, allocated in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and the requirements of the public procurement Agency, the financial resources needed to support the broadcasters in order to get subscriptions to products for local broadcasters with airtime through the ether and wire for a period of 12 months, with the exception of broadcasters from Chisinau and Balti.
Through the step no. 28 of 28 June 2016, Broadcasters Association "Meridian" has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA and the continued support of the project. It should be mentioned that the approach singled out was examined in public sitting on approximately July 14, and was postponed by consensus with a view to the presentation by the President of the Broadcasters ' Meridian ' informative notes from all broadcasters Association concerning the usefulness of the subscriptions media in pursuit of the bulletins.
As a result, on 15 July 2016, by approach no. 30, President of the Broadcasters ' Meridian "has informed the Board that it was conducted a survey: survey data indicates that all surveyed institutions employ active media agency Info-Prim Neo (IPN) in their programs and services on the websites of workstations. The majority of respondents use their service programs ranging from 1 to 5 media several times IPN per day, and on the websites of 1 to 5 products several times a week. Most products use IPN media in Romanian language, in Romanian and Russian, elsewhere only in Russian.
In accordance with the above, as a result of the public debate, pursuant to the provisions of art. 39, 40, 41 the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of supervised, of point 9 and 11 lit. e) of the regulation on management of the Fund for the support of broadcasters and approved by the CCA Decision nr. 4.12.2007, 125 from the strategy of covering the national territory with audiovisual programs and services on the basis of the offer presented, CCA DECIDES: 1. 2. To purchase, in accordance with the legislation in force and the requirements of the procurement Agency, services for the issuance of subscription products for 28 local and regional broadcasters with airtime through the ether for a period of 12 months, with the exception of broadcasters from Chisinau and Balti (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
3. To allocate the necessary financial resources from the Fund to support the broadcasters in order to get subscriptions to the products for 28 local and regional broadcasters with airtime through the ether for a period of 12 months, with the exception of broadcasters from Chisinau and Balti (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, o. GUŢUŢUI, c. MÎŢU, m. OBI-HADIRCA, and d. VALENTINI).
4. control of the execution of this decision it is engaged in the service of the economy, finance and accounting.
