As a result of regulatory monitoring payments of savings and loan associations perceived by the National Commission of Financial Market, it was found that some savings and loan associations have not paid in full volume and regulatory payments within operational management for the 2015 and 2016 in accordance with the requirements of art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). h) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (3) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), paragraph 28, point 35 of the implementing regulation with regard to the ways in which taxes and payments by the National Commission for financial market, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 45/8 of 06.09.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova , 2007, nr. 165-171, art. 616), decisions of the Parliament of Moldova nr. 104 from 28.05.2015 "regarding the approval of the budget of the National Commission of financial market for the year 2015" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 139-143, art. 268) and no. 237 17.12.2015 from "approving the budget of the National Commission of financial market for the year 2016" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, nr. 346-360, 670).
Pursuant to article 1. 1, art. 3, art. 4, art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). h) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (3), art. 8 lit. b) and subparagraph (c). f), art. 9 para. (1) (a). d) and lit. r), art. 22 paragraph 1. (3), art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market", art. 9 para. (2), art. 46 para. (1) and paragraph 1. (2), art. 49 para. (1) (a). a) and subparagraph (c). c) of savings and loan associations no. 139-XVI from 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 112-116, article 506), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES:

1. Prescribe the Trustees savings and loan associations, in accordance with annex, payment of the National Commission of financial market regulators operating payments due for the years 2015 and 2016, management as well as penalties calculated until actual payment according to the legal provisions, within 15 working days from the date of entry into force of this judgment.
2. Warn administrators of savings and loan associations listed in the annex that, in the case of non-compliance with the provisions of point 1 of this decision shall be applied necessary measures prescribed by legislation, including operations will be suspended at their bank accounts.
3. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for collective investments and microfinance and the Directorate-General for economic and financial and administrative.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
