Are permitted reorganization of joint-stock Company "DRAINAGE" (str. Uzinelor 188, mun. 1003600079969, on WHOSE BEHALF) by dismemberment (separation) with transmission of part of the existing heritage-listed companies-"SADRO" S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1003600059749), S.C. "MONTAV-CONS" S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1004600066609) and S.C. ARBOLUX S.R.L. "PRIME" (on WHOSE BEHALF 1005600040598).
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
