Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. o), article 22, paragraph 2. (3), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 transferable securities in accordance with the statement of the results of the additional issue of shares in the public limited Company, SUCCESS "(Alba-Iulia str. 81. Căuşeni, on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003608003438) in the amount of MDL 5300000 in number of ordinary nominative shares with 530000 nominal value 10 lei with the State registration number MD14SUES1005 at the expense of money.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the public limited Company:-"automatic" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1002600045606) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 89505 with the State registration number MD14AUTM1004 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "PETRARUL" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003606009285) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 27688 with the State registration number MD14PERA1003 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "WINE FACTORY TELENEȘTI" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003606005542) with a number of 964815 ordinary nominative shares with the State registration number MD14VINT1004 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "POULTRY FROM ȘOLDĂNEȘTI" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1006606006241) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 61096 with the State registration number MD14SOLD1001 as a result of the liquidation;
-Limited Company "ROADS-FĂLEȘTI" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003602006895) with a number of 770556 ordinary nominative shares with the State registration number MD14DRFE1002 as a result of reorganization by acquisition;
-Limited Company "ROADS-SINGEREI" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003602031262) with a number of 759452 ordinary nominative shares with the State registration number MD14DRSE1007 as a result of reorganization by acquisition.
2. point 1.1 of this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
3. point 1.2 of the present decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
