Following the examination of the application for a licence, having Insurance Broker "CONSASIG-SERVICE" S.R.L. (a. Bernardazzi str. 41, no. 17, mun. Chisinau, 1005600000767) on WHOSE BEHALF the modification of legal address, in accordance with article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 15, article 18 para. (6) and paragraph 3. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. Insurance Broker License reperfectează "CONSASIG-SERVICE" S.R.L. 000773 NCFM series No. 10, issued October 2014, indefinitely, for the right to pursue the activity of insurance mediation, by changing the legal address of Hîrtoape 1/B , or. Durleşti, mun. Chişinău, str. in a. Bernardazzi 41, no. 17, mun. Chişinău, issuing a new licence form.
2. It is recognized invalid licence form NCFM series No. previously issued 000773 Insurance Broker "CONSASIG-SERVICE" S.R.L. 
3. the fee for license of the keeping of 325 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
