Pursuant to art. 30 para. (1) of Law no. 595-XIV of 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), as amended and supplemented,

ORDER:

1. To bring to public knowledge the following:
a. On February 17, 2016 came into force a Memorandum of Understanding between the Center for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on cooperation in combating legalization (laundering) of income obtained illegally and terrorism financing signed in Yerevan on 12 July 2011. the text of the Memorandum is attached.
B. On February 19, 2016 Agreement entered into force through an exchange of notes between the Moldovan and Romanian governments on the employment of family members of staff official missions of a State in the other State, signed in Bucharest and Chisinau September 22, 2015, approved by Government Decision no. 72 of February 8, 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 38-42, art. 129).
C. On March 1, 2016 came into force the Agreement between the Government and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on visa-free travel of citizens, signed in Tirana on 22 May 2015 and ratified by Law no. 178 of 22 October 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 317-323, art. 578).
D. On March 16, 2016 entered into force for Moldova Statute of the Hague Conference on Private International Law, adopted in The Hague on 31 October 1951 accepted by Law no. 229 of December 10, 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 13-19, art. 31).
E. On March 17, 2016 entered into force for Moldova Agreement between the Governments of member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the exchange of information in the fight against crime, done at Astana on 22 May 2009, approved by Government Decision no. 82 of February 8, 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 44-48, art. 181).
2. Publish this Order, together with the text of the treaty stated in paragraph 1 letter of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
