Parish Council Secretary Etulia Gagauz Central Electoral Commission demands the resignation of the elected Councillors Alexander Zîrîn the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova and Victor chose Hiora list political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the terms of the communal Council of their alternate candidates Etulia Chemenceji Tt from the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova and Uzun list Bambino political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova". Lists alternate candidates were confirmed by the decision of the Court of 22 June 2015 Vulcanesti. The award of mandates has been taken into account the applicant's declaration Cîsa Z alternate on the list of political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", whereby it refuses the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with section 23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Amounts in connection with applications for resignation, Zîrîn Alexandr Councilors elected terms of Office the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova and Victor chose Hiora list political party "the party of Socialists of Moldova" in the communal Council Etulia.
2. assign mandates to the Parish Council Etulia, Atu, alternate Chemenceji candidates list Aa Democratic Party of Moldova and Uzun party Liudmila of political "party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
3. preavizează Chemenceji Aa counselors and Uzun Laguardia on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
