Village Council Roşcani Noi district, decision no. 05/02 of 1 April 2016 raised about absence without valid reason from three consecutive meetings of the council, elected on the mandate of the pie Gennady Democratic Party ticket. It became vacant mandate assigned counselor party nominees.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, a council mandate lies in Roscani Village Council potter alternate candidate on the list Sergiu Democratic Party, confirmed by the Court's judgment of 22 June 2015. Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) and art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c) pt. 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It notes the holidays a warrant for Roşcani village councils.
2. Is assigned counselor Village Council mandate Roşcani Noi district, Sergiu potter alternate candidate on the Democratic Party ticket.
March. It preavizează adviser Sergiu potter's obligation to meet the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
