Following the examination of Insurance Broker "INSTANT ASIG" S.R.L. (Botanical Garden 14/3, of., 307. Chisinau, 1014600015251) on WHOSE BEHALF the voluntary submission of the licence, in accordance with article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 51 of law No. 407-XVI dated 21.12.2006 "insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), article 21, para. (2) letter a) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Withdraw the Insurance Broker License "ASIG" INSTANT NCFM series No. S.R.L. 000768, issued on 4 July 2014, valid for a period, for the right to pursue the activity of insurance mediation broker.
2. Control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
