In accordance with the NCM A.01.03-96 "Principles and methodology of regulation in construction. The elaboration of normative documents "; given the No. 8 Minutes of the meeting of November 23, 2015 Technical Committee CT-C 09 "installations and supply networks, water and sanitation,"

ORDER:

1. NCM normative document is approved G.03.02: 2015 'External sewage networks and facilities. "
2. NCM normative document G.03.02: 2015 'External sewage networks and installations "shall be implemented in order its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
March. Department technical and economic regulations will:
- Recording is this normative document established;
- Ensure publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
- Put this normative document on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction:
www.ednc.gov.md, heading Normative construction and www.mdrc.gov.md order on the website, under the heading "Transparency in decision - Documents approved";
- Ensure multiplication and publication in the established norm.
4. With the entry into force of this Order is repealed СНиП 2.04.03-85 "Канализация. Наружные сети и сооружения ".
