Under the provisions of paragraph 6) of article 24 of the Law on state supervision of public health No.10-XVI of 3 February 2009 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, art.183) of Decision Government of Moldova nr.564 of 10 September 2009 "on approval of sanitary regulations establishing the conditions for placing on the market of biocidal products" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, nr.144-147, art. 630) of the Government's Decision Moldova no.533 of 13 July 2011 "on approval of the list and rates of pay services in the field of public health provided natural and legal persons" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, nr.118-121) Order no. 299 of 6 May 2010 "on registration of biocidal products", as amended, based on the positive decision of the Panel of experts for the registration of biocidal products (minutes No. 33 of 11.04.2016) and under Section 9 of Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, approved by Government Decision nr.397 of 31 May 2011

ORDER:

1. A record and allows the placing on the market of biocidal product Moldova: Jacl (see Annex).
2. Secretary of the Commission of Experts for the registration of biocidal products (Mrs. Nadejda Burca) will include biocidal product registered in the National Register of biocidal products.
