1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities:
- Audit firm "AUDIT-PRIM" SA (IDNO 1003600124135) number of 10,000 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14APRI1009 as a result of liquidation;
- Joint Stock Company "AGROVINEXPO" (IDNO 1002601002572) number of 391 692 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14NEXO1001 as a result of liquidation;
- Joint Stock Company "Sanis-VIN" (IDNO 1003609011041) number of 515 036 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14SAVI1000 as a result of liquidation;
- Trade House "ICAM-SUPER" SA (IDNO 1004600002258) number 1266 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14ICSU1009 as a result of liquidation;
- Joint Stock Company "ROAD-Ceadir-Lunga" (IDNO 1005611003135) number of 400 840 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14DLUN1008 as a result of liquidation;
- Joint Stock Company "ROAD-VULCANESTI" (IDNO 1003611007689) number of 374 822 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14VUCD1009 as a result of liquidation.
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
