After the examination for license updating Insurance Reinsurance Broker "PARTNER-BROKER" Ltd. (str.31 August 1989, No.31, mun., IDNO 1008600051368) addresses the exclusion of licensed activity by the annex to the license under article 8 c) and article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no .117-126 BIS), Art. 14 (7), Article 15, Article 18 para. (6) and para. (8) of Law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 "on regulation through licensing entrepreneurial activity "(republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.26-28, art.95)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES
:

1. It offers to change the license Insurance Brokers - Reinsurance "PARTNER-BROKER" SRL series nr.000763 NCFM issued on 23 May 2014 on indefinitely, for the right to carry out brokerage activities in insurance and reinsurance broker, by substituting license endorsement excluding the following address of work licensed:
- str. Friendship 3/2, or. briceni;
- Victory Blvd. 14A, or. Cahul;
- Str. 35 Independence, or. Edineţ;
- Str. 31 August 1989 1, or. Edineţ;
- Str. Octavian Cirimpei 79, or. Edineţ;
- Str.Cahulului f / n, t. leova;
- Str. Independence 20, No. 3, or. leova;
- Str. 33 Morning Star, or. Ocniţa;
- Str. 39B Independence, or. Singer.
2. The fee for updating the license in the amount of 325 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
