Secretary of Drochia Central Election Commission has sent requests for resignation of councilors elected Andrei Turcanu Sergiu and BIRT list political party "Our Party" and the documents required mandates advisor award alternate candidates.

(3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with requests for resignation, Sergiu Turcan mandates councilors and elected Andrew Birt list political party "Our Party" in Drochia District Council.
2. It assigns mandates adviser Drochia District Council Igor Musteaţa alternate candidates on the list and Gheorghelaş Vasile political party "Our Party".
