Published in Official Gazette: 13.05.2016 Nr. 128-133 art no: 841 date of entry into force: 26.04.2016 in order to implement the programme of action for the Organization and holding of local elections in the new Red Eye, Anenii Noi, and Sărata commune, Hîncești district-Yellow, dated May 15, 2016 and pursuant to art. 18, art. 26 para. (1) (a). f), j), art. 53 para. (1) and paragraph 1. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. To be approved, in accordance with annex, the special stamp "15.05.2016" local elections ".
2. Election Officials within the bureaus of polling stations that will deliver the ballot will apply special stamp corresponding to the accompanying identity card or other identity document based on which the voter votes. The site of application of the stamp shall be as follows:-on page 8 of the accompanying identity card (series A);
-under the heading "Particulars" of the accompanying identity card (series B, C);
-under the heading ' additional information ' on page 4 of the identity card.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
