    By decision No. 4674 of 8 April 2016, the Central Election Commission has raised in connection with resignation, mandate and elected Alderman Keith Ion list Liberal Party in Ungheni District Council.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the term of Office of Ungheni District Council bears the alternate candidate Patrick Carney on the list of the Liberal Party, confirmed by the decision of the Court of Justice of 24 June 2015 and Ungheni.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) paragraphs 1 and 2, 133. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. the term of Office are assigned an advisor in Ungheni District Council candidate Patrick Carney on the alternate list for the Liberal Party.
2. Patrick Adviser Corina preavizează on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
