Central Election Commission has received the resignation of councilor Tatiana Ţîmbalist selected list political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in the Communal Council of Alava, Stefan-Voda, and declaration of consent to the following alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the mandate of municipal councils Alava rests alternate candidate on the list Lişcenco Yuri political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", confirmed by the Court's judgment of 22 Stefan-Voda June 2015. in awarding the mandate to take into account Smirnova Clavdia alternate candidate statement on the same party list, which it refuses to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Ţîmbalist Tatiana political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in the Communal Council of Alava.
2. Is assigned mandate communal councils Alava, Stefan-Voda, Yuri Lişcenco alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
March. It preavizează adviser Yuri Lişcenco the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
