Village Council Secretary Moscow, Soroca district, informed the Central Election Commission about death Igor Sochirca Adviser elected on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
Since the alternate party candidates list Liberal Democratic has been exhausted, the descending sequence was restored, that have identical result numeric values of political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova and the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, for the purposes of the award of the mandate of the village Council, the Commission has engaged in Dubna the draw and according to report No. 315 of 26 April 2016, which noted that the results of the draw, the mandate-the list of candidates of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of village Council candidate bears Dubna substitute Ivan's list of Grigor Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of 22 June 2015 Soroca.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). v), art. 133 paragraph 2. (9) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). g) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local elected officers, and in accordance with paragraphs 20, 26 and 29 of regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. To be declared vacant a village Council Dubna.
2. the mandate assigned to it by the Council between Dubna, Soroca, Alternate candidate from the list of Grigor Ince of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Grigor preavizează Adviser Ivan on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
