Village Council Izbiste, Criuleni, decision no. 1/4 of 25 January 2016, raised in connection with absence without valid reason from three consecutive meetings of the Board, Ivan Plamadeala mandate of the elected Liberal Democratic Party ticket. It became vacant mandate assigned counselor party nominees.
Also secretary of the village Izbiste Central Election Commission has submitted the resignation of councilor Natalia Stanila selected list of Democratic Party and documents necessary mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission mandates advisor in their respective Village Council Izbiste Chetrean Eduard alternate candidates on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party and Valeriu Toderaşco on the list of Democratic Party, confirmed by decision Criuleni Court of 23 June 2015
in examining the documents submitted by the secretary of the council, it was found that the decision on lifting the mandate adviser Mr Ivan Plamadeala was adopted on 25 January 2016, and the documents necessary mandate advisor award have alternate candidate received by the Commission on 26 April.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) a), f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​18 lit. c), 23 and 29, 30 of the Regulation on the procedure for lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. It notes the holidays a warrant for Izbiste village councils.
2. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of Natalia Stanila selected list of Democratic Party in Izbiste Village Council.
March. It assigns mandates Izbiste village councils, Criuleni, Eduard Chetrean alternate candidates on the list and the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova Valeriu Toderaşco on the list of Democratic Party
4. It preavizează Chetrean Eduard advisers and Valeriu Toderaşco the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
May. It warns village council secretary Izbiste the need to respect the deadline under pt. 30 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013.
June. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
