After examining the request for license updating the Association of Savings and Credit "MICROÎMPRUMUT" (str. Alexandru cel Bun no. 9 s. Ciorescu, mun., IDNO 1007600070746) amending legal address and the registered addresses of three branches in pursuant to art. 16, art. 28 para. (1) and paragraph. (6) art. 30 para. (1) and paragraph. (5) of Law No savings and loan associations. 139-XVI of 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 112-116, art. 506), art. 8 paragraph. (1) c) pt. 36), art. 9 paragraph. (3), art. 14 para. (5) art. 15, art. 18 para. (6) and para. (8) of Law no. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 "On regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), art. 8 letters c) and subparagraph m), art. 25 para. (2) of Law no. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 117-126 BIS)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:

1. It offers to change the license Savings and Loan Association "MICROÎMPRUMUT" series NCFM no. 000 465 issued on 6 July 2010, indefinitely, for the activities of savings and loan associations, issuing a new license form, by:
a) change of legal address str. Alexandru cel Bun nr. 8 / A, v. Ciorescu, mun. Chisinau, str. Alexandru cel Bun nr. 9 s. Ciorescu, mun. Chisinau
B) changing the legal address of the branch "Criuleni" Street. Victory 21, or. Criuleni, str. Stefan cel Mare 15 B, or. Criuleni;
C) changing the legal address of the branch "Băcioi" Street. Independence no. 121, s. Băcioi, mun. Chisinau, str. Independence no. 72, s. Băcioi, mun. Chisinau
D) changing the legal address of the branch "Stăuceni" str. M. Leaves 1k / 4, off. 47, s. Stăuceni, mun. Chisinau, str. Grătieşti 11, s. Stăuceni, mun. Chişinău.
2. It is recognized invalid license form series NCFM no. 000 465 issued previously Savings and Loan Association "MICROÎMPRUMUT".
March. The fee for updating the license in the amount of 325 lei and the fee for the release of three copies of the license in the amount of 975 lei paid into the state budget.
4. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate of collective investments and microfinance.
May. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
