NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:

1. Records in the state register of securities: Securities 1.1
according to reports on results of additional issue of shares of joint stock companies:
- "REUPIES" (str. Columna 170, mun., IDNO 1002600046038 ) amounting to 14,519,475 lei in number of 967 965 ordinary shares with nominal value of 15 lei with state registration number MD14REUP1009 account debt conversion creditors;
- Company for Production and Trade "TEBAS" (str. Alba-Iulia 75, mun., IDNO 1003600046817) amounting to 19.83 million lei in the number of 1.983 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 10 lei with state registration number MD14TEBS1007 account funds, property rights and debt conversion creditors.
1.2 Renaming stock company "Liftmontaj" in Joint Stock Company "ASCENSOR SERVICE" (str. Master Manole 6/2, mun., IDNO 1003600103435) by changing the ISIN code of securities MD14LIFT1006 in MD14ARSC1002.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
