Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) (a). u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. Amounts in connection with resignation, mandate Adviser Gil Gagnon elected Liberal party list in the Municipal Council of the Kingdom.
2. the mandate assigned to it by the communal Council Vatici, Orhei, Alternate candidate list Randall Campell of the Liberal Party.
3. preavizează Camara Advisor Randall on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
