    By decision No. 4724 of 10 may 2016, Central Electoral Commission raised mandates Valois Adviser elected on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and Baird party Valeri elected Communists of Moldova in Criuleni District Council. On May 12, 2016, the Central Election Commission's Declaration came just Alternate candidate on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova on its consimțămîntul to assign an adviser's mandate remained vacant.

Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with paragraphs 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. the term of Office shall be assigned to Council District Criuleni Alternate candidate Șapovalov Alexander of party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
2. preavizează Șapovalov Councilor Abbott on the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
