By decision No. 4682 of 26 April 2016, the Central Electoral Commission lifted the mandate of elected Alderman Dammy Vasile list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova the Merenii Noi village, Anenii Noi district. Since the alternate party candidates list Liberal Democratic has been exhausted, the descending sequence was restored, according to which the highest numerical value shall be the list of candidates of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of the Council bears the village Merenii Noi Alternate candidate Lague of party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, confirmed by decision of the Alabama Court of 20 June 2015. The award of the mandate have been taken into account the applicant's Declaration on the alternate list Carlos Maia of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, whereby it refuses the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 133 paragraph 2. (9) and (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with paragraphs 25 and 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Be attributed to the mandate of the Council Merenii Noi village, Anenii Noi, Alternate candidate Lague of party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
2. preavizează Lague Adviser upon the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
