Liberal Party;
2. The Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova;
3. Political party "our home-Moldova";
4. Democratic Party of Moldova;
5. Political party people's Party of Moldova;
6. Political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
According to the schedule for carrying out the actions of the Organization and conduct of the local elections of mayors Red Eye commune, Anenii Noi district, and Sărata commune-Yellow, Hincesti district, dated May 15, 2016, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 4524 of 4 March 2016, and art.7. 382 para. (1) of the electoral code, to submit electoral competitors regularly reports on income and expenditure for the campaign, conducîndu the model given in annex. 3 the Regulation on the financing of electoral campaigns, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 3352 from May 4, 2015, or to inform the Commission about the fact that it is unable to open account with the heading "electoral Fund" and will not incur expenses during the campaign.
The party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, the Democratic Party of Moldova, a political Party "our home-" political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova and Centrist political party in Moldova have informed about that does not open the account with the heading" electoral Fund "and will not incur expenses during the campaign.
The Liberal Party has submitted to the Commission a report on the revenue and expenditure shown in the electoral campaign of new local elections from May 15, 2016. The scrutiny of the report in terms of information and compliance with the plenitude of the requirements of the latter, the Commission notes that the competitor who has the account "electoral Fund" has complied with the provisions of the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 4652 of 8 April 2016 through which was set the ceiling of funds that may be transferred to this account and, according to the financial report presented, has not exceeded that ceiling.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, art. 382 electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the regulation on the financing of electoral campaigns, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 3352 of 4 may 2015, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. notes that, pursuant to annex II, of the report on the revenue and expenditure shown in the electoral campaign of new local elections from May 15, 2016, the election of the Liberal Party, ascertaining as drafted and presented in accordance with art. 382 of the election code and the provisions of the regulation on the financing of electoral campaigns, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 3352 of 4 may 2015.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
