Following the examination of the Declaration for release of the broker's licence Insurance-reinsurance "MEDAVASIG" S.R.L. (str Mitropolit Varlaam 65, no. 325 of., mun. Chisinau, 1011600016486) and on WHOSE BEHALF he acts annexed thereto, in accordance with article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 8 paragraph 3. (1) (a). c) point 34), article 10 para. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) article 18 para. (5) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), article 49 and article 50 of law No. 407-XVI dated 21.12.2006 "insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. The broker shall be paid out of insurance-reinsurance "MEDAVASIG S.R.L." license for the right to carry on the activity of insurance and reinsurance broker to broker starting on 18 June 2016, indefinitely.
2. licensed Activity will take place at the following address: str. Mitropolit Varlaam str. No. 65 of. 325, mun. Chişinău.
3. The fee for issuing the license the 3250 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
