Given the failure of the people in positions of responsibility of the insurance Reinsurance "ASTRA LUX" LLC and Broker Insurance Reinsurance "STAR INSURANCE" LLC, license holders with the right to conduct business brokerage in insurance / reinsurance, the National Commission of Financial Market Decision no.26 / 6 from 05.27.2016 "on the prescription of insurance and / or reinsurance to submit special reports" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016 nr.151-155, art.1000), pursuant to article 54 para. (1), Article 55 para. (1) b), para. (2) and. (3) of Law No. 407-XVI from 21.12. 2006 "on insurance" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.47-49, 213), article 8 b) and paragraph f), article 9 para. (1) d) and e), article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117- 126 BIS), Annex 2 and Annex 3 to the National Commission of Financial Market Decision No.45 / 5 of 16.10.2009 "on approval of the form and content of reports specialized intermediaries in insurance and / or reinsurance" (Gazette Oficial, 2009 nr.197-200, art.877)
National Securities Commission FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE
:

1. Prescribing repeatedly persons with officials of the insurance Reinsurance "ASTRA LUX" LLC and Broker Insurance Reinsurance "STAR INSURANCE" LLC within 3 working days, to ensure submission of reports on the core business of insurance intermediary and / or reinsurance and reports on the core business of the intermediate insurance and / or reinsurance through its own personnel, assistants brokerage and / or sub-agents, as of 31/03/2016, requested by the National Commission of Financial Market in the surveillance.
2. It warns mentioned professional participants of the insurance market, with sanctioning the withdrawal of licenses for the right to carry on insurance mediation activity, for infringements of paragraph 1 of this decision.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
