(2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities under the securities put on the results of the additional issue of shares in the company limited by shares ("IND" REGISTER bd Grigore Vieru 22/1 of 60 , mun. Chisinau, 1002600016068) on WHOSE BEHALF of 35000 lei in number of 3500 registered with ordinary shares par value 10 lei with the State registration number MD14GISU1005 at the expense of money.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
