I. S.C. "Tele-Cryo" S.R.L., in his capacity as founder of the tv Studio "Cryo-TV", by f/No. of 5 April 2016, has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA of the keeping conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000205 from 03.07.2015, through the approval of supply programmes retransmitted.
It should be mentioned that the proposed offer for approval was excluded from Eurosport TV channel, the reason for a no-show. Because there are suspicions regarding the veracity of the news, from the contract tender was excluded and Minimax TV station. The contract will be submitted to the competent bodies for verification.
During the meeting, members of the public the CCA recommended representative of "Tele-Cryo" supply of balancing S.R.L. programs retransmitted via the inclusion of a post in the Romanian language-themed Christian Orthodox, proposal which was accepted.
II. "EXCELENTER-COM" S.R.L., in his capacity as founder of the Studio's television "DELTA", by application No. 11 of 19 April 2016, has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA of the keeping conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000170 21.12.2012, approval from the supply of programmes retransmitted.
It should be mentioned that during the sitting of 29 April 2016, CCA members have had some object to proposed programs Offer services for approval of "EXCELENTER-COM" S.R.L. as a result, examining was adjourned by consensus, with the recommendation to exclude МИР TV 24. III. "the Republic" TV the S.R.L. of the tv Studio's founding "Republic", by application No. 02 of 27 April 2016, has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA of the keeping conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000179 from 21.11.2014, through the approval of supply programmes retransmitted.
It should be mentioned that the proposed offer to approve TV station was excluded because of a no-show, РБК contract.
During the meeting members of the public, CCA had some objections against the proposed programs Offer services for approval of "Republic" TV S.R.L. Enterprise representative because it has not been presented to the Council meeting, examination of the application "Republic" TV S.R.L. has been adjourned by consensus.
IV. "SKY-MAX" S.R.L., in his capacity as founder of the tv Studio's "SKY-MAX", by application No. 05 of 27 April 2016, has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA of the keeping conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000188 from 19.03.14, through the approval of supply programmes retransmitted.
During the meeting, members of the public the CCA recommended a representative of SKY-MAX "S.R.L. balancing the supply of programmes retransmitted by including an informative channel in Romanian language, a proposal which was accepted.
V. "REBDACONS" S.R.L., in his capacity as founder of the tv Studio "Rise-TV", by application No. 01 March 30, 2016, has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA of the keeping conditions to permit relay series AB nr. 000137 from 25.03.2011, through the approval of supply programmes retransmitted.
It should be mentioned that the proposed offer for approval were excluded TV stations Discovery Science and Discovery Chanel, due to non-submission of contracts, and UTV due to partial validity of contract.
