I. on March 23, 2016, by letter No. 47/04, Î.c.s "Jurnal de Chisinau" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA prolongation of the license series AA nr. from 03.07.2009 073710 issued for television station ' Jurnal TV ', whose service programs will be broadcast via satellite. 
Satellite coordinates: Astra 4A, positioned at 5 degrees East, the reception frequency 12694.25 MHz, vertical polarization, Standard, DVB-S QPSK, error-correcting Codes (FEC)-5/6, Standard video and audio encoding for MPEG-2, symbol rate (R) ksymb/3333 s. It should be mentioned that on the 5th of may 2016, by prior request no. 85-E/04 from 04.05.2016, Î.c.s "Jurnal de Chisinau" S.R.L. has noted that by request of 23.03.2016 requested the extension of the license for broadcasting satellite service, for television station "TV Diary", which until now has not been resolved, the circumstances in which the request was submitted.
During the activity, Î.c.s "Jurnal de Chisinau" S.R.L. has been applied more penalties for failure to comply with legislation in the audiovisual sector.
II. By letter f/No. from 12 April 2016, "VALIGON-IMPEX S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA prolongation of the license series AA nr. 073651 from 14.05.2009, released for television station "TV Calarasi", whose service programmes to be broadcasted through networks of distributors of services in the country.
During the activity, "VALIGON-IMPEX S.R.L. has been applied a sanction for non-compliance with legislation in the audiovisual sector.
III. By letter f/No. of 13 April 2016, "EUROSHOW GRUP S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA prolongation of the license series AA nr. 073652 from 14.05.2009, released for the tv station "RU TV MOLDOVA", whose service programmes to be broadcasted through networks of distributors of services in the country. 
During the activity, "EUROSHOW GRUP S.R.L. has been applied more penalties for failure to comply with legislation in the audiovisual sector.
In the context of public debate, members of the BCC said that, under the provisions of art. 24 of the broadcasting code and art. 26 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and authorizations for the relay, there is the premise of the continuation of the licence issued by emission law Î.c.s "Jurnal de Chisinau" S.R.L. for the tv station ' Jurnal TV ', whose service programs will be broadcast via satellite, given the plethora of sanctions applied for non-compliance during the activity audiovisual legislation.
In the context of those above, art. 24 (1) of the Broadcasting Code stipulates: "the broadcasting licence is extended by operation of law, the broadcaster, whether it worked in accordance with the provisions of this code and generally respected within the term of validity of the licence, the conditions laid down by it."
Art. 26 (1) (a). b) and (c)) of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits relay States: "after the expiry of the period of validity of the licence, at the request of the broadcaster, the licence may be extended by law, in compliance with the following conditions: b) previous activity was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the broadcasting code;
c) have been complied with the conditions of licence for broadcasting within the term of validity ".
At the same time, members have noted that the CCA will support applications for extension of right of emission licences nominated above, hoping that in the future, broadcasters shall carry out its activity in accordance with the broadcasting code and ethics code of the journalist from the Republic of Moldova.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 24 of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, of status, of art. 26 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits, approved under Resolution No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and under laws presented by the enterprises, the audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To accept the application for renewal of license (with new forms of release conditions to the licence for broadcasting the series AA No. 073710), for a period of seven years, Î.c.s "Jurnal de Chisinau" S.R.L. , for tv station ' Jurnal TV ', whose service programs will be broadcast via satellite.
