The elaboration of normative documents "; considering Minutes no. 09 of November 2, 2015 meeting of the Technical Committee CT-C 05 "Normative and methodical organizational standards"

ORDER:

1. NCM normative document is approved C.03.02: 2015 'Deposits dry fertilizer material and chemical plant protection. Design rules ".
2. NCM normative document construction C.03.02: 2015 'Deposits dry fertilizer material and chemical plant protection. Design rules "shall be implemented from the date of 01/01/2016.
March. Department technical and economic regulations will:
- Recording is this normative document established;
- Ensure publication of this order in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova;
- Put this normative document on the website of the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction: www.ednc.gov.md under "Regulations in construсţii" and order on the website: www.mdrc.gov.md, heading "Transparency in decision - Documents approved";
- Ensure multiplication and publication in the established norm.
