After the examination for license updating Broker Insurance Reinsurance "PARTNER-BROKER" Ltd. (str. 31 August 1989 no. 31, mun., IDNO 1008600051368) to exclude individual addresses of work licensed in the annex to the license under article 8 c) and article 25 par. (2) of Law no. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "On the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 117-126 BIS), Art. 14 (7), Article 15, Article 18 par. (6) and para. (8) of Law no. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 "On regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26 to 28, Article 95)
National Securities Commission FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE
:

1. It reconcluded Insurance Reinsurance Broker License "PARTNER-BROKER" SRL series NCFM no. 000 763 issued on 23 May 2014 on indefinitely, for the right to carry out brokerage activities in insurance and reinsurance broker, license endorsement by substituting the following addresses to the exclusion of work licensed:
- str. 31 August 16/2, or. Drochia;
- Str. Britel movement 1A, t. Drochia;
- Str. Cecal 29, or. Drochia.
2. The fee for updating the license in the amount of 325 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
