The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-Law nr. 355-XVI dated 23 December 2005 concerning salary system in budgetary sector (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, nr. 35-38, article 148), as amended, is modified and completed as follows: 1. The title of chapter IV shall read as follows: "Chapter IVSALARIZAREA of courts, PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE and the AUTHORITIES of CENTRAL and LOCAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION that DOES NOT HOLD the STATUS of a PUBLIC SERVANT".
2. In article 13, after the word "Remuneration" shall be inserted the words "staff with managerial functions and which does not have the status of civil servant and".
3. in annex No. 2, the note will read as follows: "Note: 1. monthly Salaries for the President and Vice-Presidents of the Dubasari, mayors and deputy mayors of localities from Transnistria of Dubasari, varnita village of Anenii Noi and the villages of Hagimus Copanca and Causeni rayon are established with an increase of up to 20%.
2. monthly Salaries for mayors of the villages of up to 5000 inhabitants shall be determined with a reduction of 10% compared to the monthly salaries for the mayors concerned, laid down in this annex. "
