NATIONAL COMMISSION OF FINANCIAL parts DECIDES:

1. Records in the state register of securities: Securities placed 1.1
establishment of joint stock companies:
- "BUILDING CONCEPT" (str. Tarii 59, mun., IDNO 1016600019965) amounting to 3200 000 lei in 3200 number of ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 lei state registration number MD14COIM1003;
- "AUTO SERVICE PROSPER" (str. Tarii 59, mun., IDNO 1016600019987) amounting to 2.036 million lei in the number of 20 360 ordinary shares with nominal value of 100 lei with state registration number MD14SAPR1007 .
1.2 Securities as of the report on the results of additional issue of shares of joint stock companies:
- Restaurant "VIS-A-VIS-RETRO" (bd Moscow 1/2, mun., IDNO 1002600010103) in amounting to 500 000 lei in number 50 000 ordinary shares with nominal value of 10 lei with state registration number MD14VISR1001 of funds account;
- Scientific Research Institute "ELIRI" (str. Miron Costin 5, mun., IDNO 1002600038293) amounting to 1.0506 million lei in number of 105 060 ordinary shares with nominal value of 10 lei with registration number MD14ELIR1009 of State funds account.
1.3 Renaming stock company "FOND-trustee" in Joint Stock Company "CAPITAL INVEST PRO" (str. 7 N. Zelinski, mun., IDNO 1002600036819) by changing the ISIN code of securities MD14FODA1009 in MD14PICA1006 .
1.4 Exclusion and cancellation of securities previously issued by joint stock companies:
- "Horus" (IDNO 1002600011498) number of 5,485,146 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14HORU1007 as a result of reorganization through transformation in society limited liability;
- "MACONRUT" (IDNO 1003604152660) number of 427 932 ordinary shares with state registration number MD14MRUT1005 as a result of reorganization through transformation into a limited liability company.
2. Pct.1.1 and section 1.2. Of this decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
March. Section. 1.3 and pt. 1.4 of this decision comes into force from the date of publication.
