"Poli Radio Disc" SRL, the application no. 14 of 24 June 2016 requested the CCA updating the broadcasting license conditions no AC series. 000011 of 02.13.2014 issued radio station "RADIO POLI DISC - РУССКОЕ РАДИО" by changing the name of the station: the "RADIO POLI DISC - РУССКОЕ РАДИО" in "RADIO POLI DISC - НОВОЕ РАДИО".
Request was annexed editorial project, business plan, program schedule and the general concept of the program service of Radio "RADIO POLI DISC - НОВОЕ РАДИО".
In accordance with Art. 18 para. (6) of the Law on regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity no. 451 of 30.07.2001, art. 23, 25, 28, 36, 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA art. 25 of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and under documents submitted by the company nominated Broadcasting Coordinating Council

DECIDED:

1. Accepting the request on updating the broadcasting license conditions no AC series. 02/13/2014 000011 from radio station "RADIO POLI DISC - РУССКОЕ РАДИО" (PRO - (7) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Barbalić O. Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, bribery and D C. . VICOL).
1.1. A re-conclude conditions (with the release of new forms) to AC series broadcasting license no. 13/02/2014 000011 from radio station "RADIO POLI DISC - РУССКОЕ РАДИО" by changing the name of the station: the "RADIO POLI DISC - РУССКОЕ РАДИО" in "RADIO POLI DISC - НОВОЕ РАДИО" (PRO - (7) UNANIMOUSLY - D . CIOCAN, Barbalić O. Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, C. and D. VICOL bribery).
2. Old broadcasting license conditions to AC series no. 000011 of 02.13.2014 issued radio station "RADIO POLI DISC - РУССКОЕ РАДИО" were declared invalid.
March. The broadcaster will, within 5 days from the date of notification of this decision, self-declaration on transparency of ownership.
4. For updating the broadcasting license, "Poli Radio Disc" SRL will pay a fee of 325 lei.

June. Those modifications will be entered in the Register of licensing.
July. Control over the execution of this decision it exercises direction and licensing and authorization service economics, finance and accounting.
