By application f / No. 7 June 2016 "Euroshow Grup" SRL has requested updating CCA broadcasting license Series AA no. 073 652 of 14.05.2009 issued to the station "RU TV Moldova", by changing the legal address: MD-2028 şos. Hînceşti No.59 / 1, mun. Chisinau: MD-2012, str. A. Şciusev no. 60/1, mun. Chişinău.
In accordance with Art. 18 para. (6) of the Law on regulating the licensing of entrepreneurial activity no. 451 of 30.07.2001, art. 23, 25, 28, 36, 39-41 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute of CCA art. 25 of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and under documents submitted by the company nominated Broadcasting Coordinating Council

DECIDED:

1. To approve the request for updating (with the release of a new form) broadcasting license Series AA no. 073 652 of 14.05.2009 issued "Euroshow Grup" SRL for the station "RU TV Moldova", by changing the legal address: MD-2028 şos. Hînceşti no. 59/1, mun. Chisinau: MD-2012, str. A. Şciusev no. 60/1, mun. (PRO - (7) UNANIMOUSLY - D. hammer, Barbalić O. Iu. COLESNIC, A. COZMA, N. DAMASCHIN, C. and D. VICOL bribery).
2. The broadcasting license Series AA no. 073 652 from 14.05.2009 is declared invalid.
March. For updating the broadcasting license, "Euroshow Grup" SRL will pay a fee of 325 lei.
