After the examination for license updating Insurance Company "DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" SA (bd. Moscow 15/7, mun., IDNO 1002600020908) to include a new addresses and exclusion addresses another licensed activity by the Annex to license pursuant to article 8 c) and article 25 par. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic, 2007 nr.117-126 BIS), Art. 14 (6) and para. (7), Article 15, Article 18 para. (6) and para. (8) of Law No. 451-XV from 30.07 .2001 "on licensing of entrepreneurial activity" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr.26-28, art.95)


NATIONAL COMMISSION OF FINANCIAL parts DECIDES:

1. reconcluded license Insurance Company "DONARIS VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" SA series nr.000842 NCFM issued on 29 March 2011, indefinitely, for the right to carry out insurance activities (insurance), by substituting license endorsement by:
a) inclusion of work addresses the following licensed: s. Bardar, Ialoveni district;
B) the exclusion of work addresses the following licensed: str. Sarmizegetusa no.24 / 1 mun. Chişinău.
2. The fee for updating the license in the amount of 585 lei fee to release a copy of the license in the amount of 585 lei paid into the budget supervisory authority.
March. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the General Directorate insurance supervision.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
