Pursuant to article 1. 5 para. (3) (a). e) of the Civil Aviation Law nr. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997 b(3) of section 7 and 5) of the regulation on organization and operation of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision No. 645 from 07.08.2014, to execute duties incumbent on Civil Aviation Authority as a public authority which approves the regulations, instructions and other technical documents that contain enforceable standards and procedures for individuals and legal entities working in the field of civil aviation, in order to ensure compliance with the standards and recommended Practice (SARPS) of annex 11 "air traffic services" to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago ORDON, 1944),: 1. Approving Amendment No. 01 to document "technical requirements. Air traffic services "in accordance with the annex to this order.
2. Civil Aviation Authority will make available to all interested persons to this order through publication on the official website www.caa.md, in the section "normative framework-regulations".
3. the provisions of points 1-6, 8-15 and point 18 of the annex to this order shall be implemented from November 10, 2016, and the provisions of points 7, 16 and 17 shall apply from 5 November 2020.
4. This order shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
