Following the examination of the application for a licence, having Insurance Broker-Reinsurance "OMNIS" S.R.L. (Mihai Eminescu str., 42, of 11, mun. Chisinau, 1008600053546) on WHOSE BEHALF the modification of legal address and address of business licensed under article 8 c) and para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), article 15, article 18 para. (6) and paragraph 3. (8) of law No. 451-XV of 30.07.2001 on regulating "through the licensing of entrepreneurship" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, no. 26-28, art. 95), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. the insurance broker's license reperfectează-Reinsurance "OMNIS" S.R.L. NCFM 000755 No. series, issued on 13 February 2014, indefinitely, for the right to carry on the activity of insurance and reinsurance mediation to broker by changing the legal address and address of business licensed str. Columna 86, et 3, mun. Chişinău, str. Mihai Eminescu in 42, of 11, mun. Chisinau, issuing a new licence form.
2. It is recognized invalid form of licence No. 000755 NCFM series previously issued Reassurance Insurance Broker-"OMNIS" S.R.L. 3. The license fee for the keeping of 325 lei poured over the Authority's budget.
4. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Directorate-General for insurance supervision.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
