On 4 September 2015, the Central Electoral Commission has been notified by the Secretary of the village Coșernița, Criuleni, and Secretary of the commune, Cantemir district, Scoop regarding the circumstances of the dissolution of local councils concerned, in relation to the lack of quorum at the 3 meeting of the Constitution. Thus, pursuant to article 4. 13(2). (3) of law No. 436-XVI dated December 28, 2006 on local public administration, the village Council and Municipal Council Coșernița Spoon is considered dissolved.
Pursuant to article 1. 18, 26 para. (1) (a). 122 n), para. (2) and para. 139 (1) (a). a) and para. (3) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 13(2). (3) paragraphs 1 and 2, 39. (11) of the law No. 436-XVI dated December 28, 2006 on local public administration and in accordance with the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 706 13 September 2011 "on the new local elections", with subsequent amendments, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the notifications the Secretary village Coșernița, Criuleni, and Secretary of the commune, Cantemir district, Scoop regarding the circumstances of the dissolution of the respective local councils.
2. It establishes for the 15th November 2015 local elections of village Council Coșernița, Criuleni district, and the Parish Council Scoop, Cantemir district.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
