Borogani village council secretary, Leova, the Central Election Commission has sent requests for resignation of Victor Iftode councilors elected Liberal Democratic Party ticket and Elena Saviţki elected on the Democratic Party ticket.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2), paragraph 22. (1) u) of the Electoral Code 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 11:30 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. Amounts in connection with requests for resignation, mandates elected councilors Victor Iftode Liberal Democratic Party ticket and Elena Saviţki elected on the Democratic Party ticket in Borogani Village Council, Leova
2. It is declared vacant two terms as councilor in the Village Council Borogani, Leova.
March. Borogani village council secretary, Leova, within ten days, the Central Election Commission shall submit necessary documents following the award mandates deputy candidates from party lists above.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
