    On august 19, 2015, by letter from the Ministry of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Moldova nr. 01/1095 from the address 17.08.2015 media watchdog CCA came for his opinion of the draft Government decision approving the draft law on electronic communications.
Thus, the project submitted is made in accordance with the national action plan for the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova-European Union during the period 2014-2016, roadmap for improving the competitiveness of the Republic of Moldova, the national plan for approximation of legislation for the year 2015, the Government's action plan for the years 2015-2016 and the activity Plan of the Ministry of information and Communication Technology for the year 2015.
These changes are aimed at ensuring the implementation of a mechanism for efficient use of radio frequencies and numbering resources, creation of conditions for effective competition, strengthening the internal market, increase protection of end-users ' rights, privacy and personal data, implementation mechanisms and provisioning of interconnection, security and integrity of networks and/or publicly available electronic communications services the guarantee of independence, the national regulatory authority, etc.
The Bill lays down the main rules and conditions of activity in the field of electronic communications in the Republic of Moldova, the general framework of the policy and strategy of development of the industry, the rights and obligations of the State, individuals and legal entities in the process, management, operation and use of the publicly available electronic communications networks, management and utilization of the radio spectrum in order to ensure users of electronic communications services of quality modern and useful, at reasonable prices, as well as ensuring free access to publicly available electronic communications services. They are also referred to as distinct competencies and tasks of the central national regulatory authority and established a number of procedures to ensure the harmonised application of the regulatory framework the community in Moldova.


Following the examination of the project nominated, given public debate, pursuant to the provisions of art. 39-41 of the broadcasting code no. 260 from BCC is supervised, Status, approved by Decision No. 433 from 28.12.2006 the Moldovan audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To approve and submit to the Ministry of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Moldova the opinion on the draft Government decision approving the draft law on electronic communications (PRO-(8)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, A. CASTILLO, BORN DAMASCUS, O. GUŢUŢUI, C. MÎŢU, D. VALENTINO).
2. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction and legal regulations.
3. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
