    Public association "Association for cultural development and the protection of copyright and related" APOLLO "has submitted to the electronic media watchdog CCA approach no. 691 of 25 September 2015, requesting support of the CCA in order to coverage, free of charge, to radio stations under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova social campaign aimed at combating piracy in the audiovisual phenomenon, September 29, 2010-may 1, 2016. In this sense, the "APOLLO", in collaboration with the US Embassy in the Republic of Moldova has developed a vdeo audio in order to raise public awareness on combating piracy in the audiovisual phenomenon.
During the meeting, members of the public the CCA recommended public association "Association for cultural development and the protection of copyright and related" APOLLO "social inclusion in audio clip, as a partner, of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
As a result of the public debate, in accordance with the foregoing, and pursuant to the provisions of art. 39, 40, 41 the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised and status, approved by Decision No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, CCA DECIDES: 1. To advise radio stations under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova going public, free of charge, during the period 29 September 2015-2016, 1 more spot social sensitization of public opinion over combating piracy in the audiovisual (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, A. CASTILLO, BORN DAMASCUS, O. GUŢUŢUI, C. MÎŢU, M. OBI-HADIRCA, D. VALENTINO).
2. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction, approval and monitoring licensing.
3. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
