I. The company "STUDIO AN-TV" LLC, as the founder of the TV studio "STUDIO AN-TV" through application no. 23 of 15 September 2015 updating the CCA requested the authorization conditions retransmission series AB no. 000094 11.02.2010 by approving the offer of program services retransmitted.
However, the offer was included station TV 5 Monde.
II. Enterprise "CZECH TV" LLC, founder of the TV studio "CZECH TV" through application no. 03 / 09.17.15 of 17 September 2015 updating the CCA requested the authorization conditions retransmission series AB no. 000197 of 11/21/2014, by including in its coverage of s. Hăsnăşenii Mari, and Petreni Stone Mill, Drochia.
It should be noted that the tender submitted for approval were excluded following TV stations: Союз, Drochia TV and basil TV (not submitted contracts relay).
However, the offer was included station TV 5 Monde.
In the public meeting, the CCA members decided to include the offer of program services of the studio "CZECH TV" TV stations Basil (the contract was introduced in meeting day) and Drochia TV, which will be returned after the presentation contract. Also, ACC members have recommended the studio representative "CZECH TV" offer that balance by including Romanian language stations in Europe.
In accordance with Art. 28, 29 and 40 of the Broadcasting Code no. 260-XVI from 27.07.2006, the Statute BCC art. 36 para. (2) of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for issuing broadcasting licenses and retransmission authorizations approved by Decision no. 433-XVI from 28.12.2006 Moldovan Parliament, and documents received under the abovementioned enterprises, the Broadcasting Coordinating Council DECIDED

A re-conclude the permit conditions retransmission series AB no. 000094 11.02.2010 issued "STUDIO AN-TV" LLC by approving supply retransmitted program services for TV studio "STUDIO AN-TV" in the town. May. Demand program services of the company "STUDIO AN-TV" LLC (CCA approved by Decision no. 88 dated 30 May 2013) is declared invalid and will be kept in the file holder.
