Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8 paragraph 2 of point m) and subparagraph (c)), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities under the securities placed on the results of a special additional issue of shares in the insurance company DONARIS "VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP" (31 August 1989 str. , nr. 108/1, mun. Chisinau, 1002600020908) on WHOSE BEHALF worth 7 667 406 lei in number of ordinary nominative shares with 283 978 nominal value of 27 lei with the State registration number MD14DORG1009 at the expense of money.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission on financial markets and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
