    Pursuant to the provisions of article 24 para. (4) of the law on electronic communications No. 241-XVI of November 15, 2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no. 51-52, art. 155), with subsequent amendments and additions, the section 8 subpct. 1) of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of information and Communication Technology, approved by Government decision No. 389 of 17 May 2010 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 78-80, art. 460) and its subsequent amendments, and on the basis of the recommendation ERC 70-03, approved by the European Conference of postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) with the amendments and additions to ORDON subsequent: 1. The common technical regulation ' technical parameters of short-range devices in action ", approved by order of the Minister of information technology and communications No. 16 of 21 February 2014, is modified and completed as follows: 1) in chapter II, point 4 is added to the definition of effective radiated power:-the product of the power emitted in the antenna and the antenna gain coefficient in relation to a λ/2 dipole in a direction;
2) chapter II point 5 Add new abbreviations in alphabetical order: APC
