To implement Resolution Râşcani District mun. Chisinau 26.03.2015 (file no. 2-893 / 2015 41-2-523-20012014) pursuant to Article 16 para. (1) of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, no. 130-134, art.415), Article 1. (1), Article 3, Article 4, Article 9 para. (1) h) and lit.n), art. 21 (2), Article 22 para. (3), Article 25 para. (2) of Law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "on the National Commission of Financial Market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr.117-126 BIS)

NATIONAL FINANCIAL MARKET COMMISSION DECIDES:
1. Point 1 of the National Commission of Financial Market Ordinance no.33 / 1-A of 03.08.2012 "On certain restrictions" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 170-174, art. 990) is completed in finally the words "except making entries in the register of securities holders under Resolution Râşcani District mun. Chisinau on 03.26.2015.".
2. This ordinance shall take effect from the date of issue, published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
